to make this i got a picture of sunglasses from the internet i then duplicated the layer after that i went on image at the top then changed it from coloured to black and white. once i got the duplicated layer to black and white i used the magnetic selection tool to go around the sun glasses then pressed delete to create this.

www : I was able to get the right lighting to make it look almost like a smoke effect. favourite photo: bottom right because its different to all the others and it stands out. most difficult: the most difficult part about this was getting the correct lighting to create the smoky effect. EBI: Iused a bigger variety of camera angles.

SFX EVALUATION                  -What I think I do well when doing sfx is the blending it to make it match your skin well.   - The most challenging part for me was making the fake blood look realistic.                -What I think my weakest area was getting the cut to be more realistic in the way that it wasnt straight it kind of curved .         -I am going to improve by to make it as straight as possible and also trying to make the blood look more realistic.

This poster is a good poster for the horror genre the reason i say this is because of the black background to make the writing and also the creepy face stand out.The red writing represents blood to fit the genre and the  creepy  face in the middle of the poster could get the attention of the person buying the movie or watching it.

-   colour pallets normally include; black,red and white (sometimes brown and blue) -   images are normally of killer,victim or possibly even both. -   settings are usually at night or just in the dark to give it a better effect. -   props often used are blood,weaponry and clothing.
